Legal warranty of 3 years

In Germany, you enjoy a statutory warranty of 3 years. This guarantees a defect-free product. Should your product be defective, you are entitled to a free repair, replacement, or refund.

Warranty exclusions:

  • Damage caused by improper handling is excluded from the warranty.
  • Normal wear and tear is also not covered by the warranty.

Return process for bicycle repairs

Two repair options:

  1. Repair in a specialist workshop: We send the spare parts directly to the workshop of your choice.
  2. Repair with us: We will pick up your bike in its original packaging and return it after the repair.

Steps to register a bicycle repair:

  1. Contacting Customer Service: Contact our customer service by phone or email. Describe the problem and schedule a return appointment.
  2. Bike preparation: Make sure your bike is clean and any personal items are removed. This will facilitate diagnosis and repair.
  3. Packaging: Pack your bike securely, ideally in an original bike box, to avoid transport damage.
  4. Documentation: Prepare all relevant information regarding the problem, previous repairs, and warranty eligibility. This will help our technicians perform an efficient repair.

Repair time: Depending on the complexity, repair times vary between 1 and 30 business days. Most repairs are completed within 7 business days.

Repair execution:

  • Our technicians will thoroughly check your bike and diagnose the problem.
  • You will receive a cost estimate before the repair begins.
  • We will keep you updated on the progress of the repair.

Payment: After the repair is completed, you will receive an invoice, which must be paid on time. If you decide not to proceed with the repair, we will only charge the transport costs and a flat fee of €50 for the diagnosis.
