These policies apply to EU.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order any time before shipment by contacting our customer service. Shipping fees may apply if no cancellation is communicated before shipping.

Return Without Reason

You may return an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Please email info@ecobike-shop.de to request a return. The request must be made within 14 days of receipt.

Return the bike in its original packaging, clean and unused. Shipping costs are paid by the buyer.

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive the item. The item must be in perfect condition.

If the bike was used, the refund will be reduced by a 20% restocking fee to cover wear and tear.

Damaged or Wrong Delivery

• Take photos of any damaged packaging when the courier arrives and note it on the delivery receipt.
• Inspect the bike immediately for damage or wrong items.
• If issues are found, email detailed photos and description to service@ecobike-shop.de to claim compensation from the shipper.
• Minor damages under 10% of bike value may not require a return. Our service team will decide.
• Return in original packaging once you get written approval.
• Contact customer service for return shipping help.
• Deliberately damaged items are not refundable.

Exchange

Contact customer service to arrange an exchange after return inspection or when the replacement is available. We cover return shipping if the item is incorrect.

Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. This period starts when you or a third party (not the carrier) receives the goods.

To withdraw, send a clear statement (e.g., email info@ecobike-shop.de) within the 14-day period.

We will refund your payments, minus shipping, within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. Refunds use the original payment method. Refunds may be withheld until we receive the returned goods.

You must return the goods within 7 days after withdrawal.
