After placing your order, please make sure your address is correct and includes:

• Your house number
• Your phone number

We work with AmbroExpress and Cargoboard. Once payment is received, we ship your e-bike as soon as possible.

You will get a tracking code via your registered email.

Our bikes are shipped directly from our warehouse, ensuring you receive a brand-new, original packaged bike.

Delivery time

Orders placed before 14:00 CET (Mon-Fri) are processed within 1 business day. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days.

Shipping costs

Germany: €49.99 flat rate. Austria, Denmark, Benelux: €99.99 flat rate. Sweden, Finland: €149.99. France: €129.99 (covers shipping & insurance).

We deliver to Germany, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Benelux and France.

Problems with your delivery or bike?

If packaging is damaged, accept the delivery but have the driver confirm the damage and take photos if possible.

Please inspect your bike immediately and report damages within 2 days. Later reports may not be considered.
