Delivery
After placing your order, please ensure your address is correct and includes the following details:
- Your house number
- Your phone number
We work with AmbroExpress and Cargoboard. Once we receive your payment, we will ship your new e-bike as quickly as possible.
You will receive a tracking code at the email address you registered with.
Our bikes are shipped directly from our warehouse, ensuring you receive a brand new and original packaged bike.
How long does delivery take?
Order cutoff time is 14:00 CET (Berlin time).
Processing time is 1 business day (Mon-Fri).
Standard shipping takes 5 to 7 business days (Mon-Fri).
Shipping costs
Germany: We charge a flat rate of 49.99 EUR, covering part of shipping and insurance costs.
Austria: We charge a flat rate of 99.99 EUR, covering part of shipping and insurance costs.
Where do we deliver?
We deliver standardly to Germany and Austria.
Problems with your delivery or new e-bike?
If the packaging is visibly damaged, you can still accept the bike. However, please have the driver confirm the packaging damage and take photos before opening the package.
Important: Please check your new e-bike immediately upon receipt for any damages and report them within 2 days. Damages reported after this period unfortunately cannot be considered as transport damage.
