Our pedelecs have a motor power of 250 watts. The motor supports you up to a maximum speed of 25 km/h.

To prevent manipulation of the motor power or maximum speed, all models produced from 2024 onwards have been equipped with new, tamper-proof software.

The Ecobike RX 500 is an e-mountain bike equipped with the most advanced solutions on the market. At its heart is the central Ananda® motor with an impressive torque of up to 130 Nm. This kind of power was once reserved for motorcycles. With this drive, you’ll conquer climbs with incredible ease. Places you’ve never reached on a bicycle will become new adventures, and even a simple ride becomes thrilling.

Driven by progress
The energy for the electric assistance system comes from a 48V LG® battery. The smart systems of the motor and battery ensure that you can enjoy your ride for as long as possible. The battery is equipped with a SMART BMS system that constantly monitors its performance and tracks charging cycles.

Intuitive operation
The control is managed through a panel with a color display. Equipped with a twilight sensor, it automatically adjusts screen brightness to the current lighting conditions. The user-friendly interface allows intuitive navigation through various functions and settings.

Advanced technology demands the right design, with ergonomics and safety as top priorities.
The new frame design gives the bike a fantastic appearance – the integrated battery is nearly invisible, and the motor discreetly hides its powerful potential. To preserve the riding experience, we paid close attention to the geometry. We achieved optimal weight distribution through the special placement of the motor and positioning of the battery at the bottom of the frame.

The RX 500 is built for special tasks. That’s why we equipped it with the SunTour XCR-AIR LOR air suspension and large wheels with wide Schwalbe® Nobby Nic or Maxxis Rekon 29 x 2.6 tires to improve traction even in tough conditions. The powerful mid-drive motor requires a reliable drivetrain – the 10-speed SHIMANO® DEORE Shadow ensures smooth gear shifting.

INSTANT BANK TRANSFER

Pay for your purchase immediately using your card or bank account. We offer the following options:

Shop is a shopping and package tracking app available for iOS, Android, and web. Customers can track packages, discover new shops and products, pay with Shop Pay, and interact with your brand. If using Shop Pay Installments, customers can manage payments within the app.

PAYPAL

Pay easily, quickly, and securely via PayPal. After placing your order, you will be redirected to PayPal to log in or create an account. Once payment is received, we will process your order promptly. CREDIT CARD

You can conveniently pay with Visa, American Express, or MasterCard. You only need your card number, expiration date, and CVV code. We will charge your card automatically after purchase. Refunds are processed quickly for returns.

What is 3-D Secure and why is it used?

3D Secure is a security protocol for online credit and debit card purchases, known as “MasterCard Secure Code” or “Verified by Visa.” It protects your transaction with a personal password or a transaction number sent via SMS (mobileTAN).

How does the 3D Secure code work?

After entering your card details, a window prompts you to enter your SecureCode or mobileTAN. Upon successful entry, the payment is confirmed. If you haven't used 3D Secure before, you can register during checkout. More information is available on your bank’s website.
