Our pedelecs have a motor power of 250 watts. The motor supports you up to a maximum speed of 25 km/h.

To prevent manipulation of motor power or maximum speed, a software update to new tamper-proof software has been introduced for all models produced from 2024 onwards.

Brief Summary:

For some time now, a growing trend in bicycle transportation has been observed across various business sectors in Europe. Bikes are used for delivering courier goods, food, and shopping. The number of services where e-cargo bikes are indispensable has increased every year.

For this reason, we decided to design a versatile electric bike model suitable for transporting unconventional cargo and meeting the needs of different users.

Ecobike Cargo perfectly meets the demands placed on such an e-cargo bike. With front and rear racks, you can easily attach suitcases, baskets, or transport boxes for anything you need to carry during your work or activities. The racks offer optimal load capacity — 15 kg at the front and up to 40 kg at the rear.

The electric drive in the Ecobike Cargo is powered by our most advanced Ananda® mid-drive motor, delivering torque up to 130 Nm. This allows you to effortlessly transport heavier loads under all conditions.

Optimal range, even under heavier loads, is enabled by the use of two batteries. The design includes a frame-integrated battery with a capacity of 10.4 Ah and a second battery placed behind the seat tube with a capacity of 16 Ah. The 48V system boosts the battery power to over 1200 Wh!

Ecobike Cargo e-bike cargo bike offers high riding comfort through a comfortable seating position and facilitates frequent mounting and dismounting thanks to its low step-through frame.

An e-cargo pedelec for special tasks must be equipped with solid gear. Reliable solutions are necessary to meet the challenges. Here you will find durable Schwalbe Big Ben Plus tires, a robust Microshift® drivetrain, and Shimano® hubs.

To enhance your comfort and safety, Ecobike Cargo comes factory-equipped with full lighting and mudguards.

Throttle Option:

This electric bike also offers a walk-assist feature that lets you push the bike at a speed of 6 km/h.

Shop is a shopping and package tracking app available for iOS, Android, and web. Customers can track packages, discover new shops and products, pay with Shop Pay, and interact with your brand. If using Shop Pay Installments, customers can manage payments within the app.

PAYPAL

Pay easily, quickly, and securely via PayPal. After placing your order, you will be redirected to PayPal to log in or create an account. Once payment is received, we will process your order promptly. CREDIT CARD

You can conveniently pay with Visa, American Express, or MasterCard. You only need your card number, expiration date, and CVV code. We will charge your card automatically after purchase. Refunds are processed quickly for returns.

What is 3-D Secure and why is it used?

3D Secure is a security protocol for online credit and debit card purchases, known as “MasterCard Secure Code” or “Verified by Visa.” It protects your transaction with a personal password or a transaction number sent via SMS (mobileTAN).

How does the 3D Secure code work?

After entering your card details, a window prompts you to enter your SecureCode or mobileTAN. Upon successful entry, the payment is confirmed. If you haven't used 3D Secure before, you can register during checkout. More information is available on your bank’s website.
