Our pedelecs have a motor power of 250 watts. The motor supports you up to a maximum speed of 25 km/h.

To prevent manipulation of the motor power or top speed, all models produced from 2024 onwards have been equipped with new, tamper-proof software.

Ecobike Urban: Your Urban Companion

At first glance, it’s hard to spot the features of an electric bike in the Urban, but it’s a fully functional e-bike. The electric secrets of our fitness bike are hidden in the rear hub, where we’ve discreetly placed the motor, and in the frame, where the battery is integrated. The display is discreet yet practical, mounted directly on the stem. The entire system is powered by Bafang® technology. From the beginning, the bike was intended to be minimalist – and this unique style has been fully realized.

The design, based on a proven aluminum frame and Shimano® components, allows you to tackle all urban challenges. Our designers carefully selected each component. The Shimano® Alivio drivetrain, operated via the Shimano® Altus shifter and combined with a well-balanced cassette, lets you find the right gear ratio without straining your legs. The powerful and precise Alhonga® hydraulic disc brakes ensure you feel absolutely safe while riding. Vittoria City Randonneur tires provide excellent traction and low rolling resistance. All of this makes the bike extremely lightweight.

Invisible Power: At first glance, the Urban looks like a regular bike, but there’s more to it. The powerful Bafang® motor is discreetly hidden in the rear hub, and the battery is cleverly integrated into the frame.

Shop is a shopping and package tracking app available for iOS, Android, and web. Customers can track packages, discover new shops and products, pay with Shop Pay, and interact with your brand. If using Shop Pay Installments, customers can manage payments within the app.

Pay easily, quickly, and securely via PayPal. After placing your order, you will be redirected to PayPal to log in or create an account. Once payment is received, we will process your order promptly. CREDIT CARD

You can conveniently pay with Visa, American Express, or MasterCard. You only need your card number, expiration date, and CVV code. We will charge your card automatically after purchase. Refunds are processed quickly for returns.

What is 3-D Secure and why is it used?

3D Secure is a security protocol for online credit and debit card purchases, known as “MasterCard Secure Code” or “Verified by Visa.” It protects your transaction with a personal password or a transaction number sent via SMS (mobileTAN).

How does the 3D Secure code work?

After entering your card details, a window prompts you to enter your SecureCode or mobileTAN. Upon successful entry, the payment is confirmed. If you haven't used 3D Secure before, you can register during checkout. More information is available on your bank’s website.
